Organizations are implementing the DevOps methodology because of the many benefits it can also provide in application development. However, an agile DevOps approach can create security risks and potentially expose critical data. One of the main contributing factors for this is the lack of DevSecOps tools leaving applications vulnerable to data breaches.

This highlights the need for a different approach to security. Instead of focusing on breach prevention and response, make the inevitable data breach irrelevant.
